national holiday

Well national day holidays was fun i actually got a chance to take rest and sleep well.I went to my grandma house.My cousins came there all of us enjoyed our self alot we played batmintion,dog and bone and a few other games.The fun thing about it was the adults also joined us to play.After all that fun i got a chance to bond with my cousion we sat down at the batmintion court and had a long chat we talked about each of our school lifes and also creaked jokes.As of the next day had a few homework to do sat down and did all the homework than spent the rest of the time watching tv reading some story books the holidays were great and hope to have another long break like these i really enjoyed my self

actual day of jumble sale

On the actuall day both our teamsjoin as one and set up our stall but an unfortunaed thing happened we actually lost one of our item bag which contained a few of our favorate items which we were so excited to sell. I was really very sad and disappointed.Some of us went to search the bag in a few places but could not find it till the end madam chan felt quite sad that we were so careless to misplace the bag but we still continued with selling our items at first no one actually came to our stall but as time went by our stall maneged to bring a crowd most of them who came to our stall were actualluy quite excited seeing a section which was miss menon's collection in the section we had her clothings,hat and a few more things.we also had a disc-man which one of the teachers donated.we managed to sell of things like water bottles,sevinors and a few more things which i can't recall.The intresting thing on that day was miss menon and our vice principal actually came to our stall and also bought a few things we were quite happy about that.At the end of it we earned about $25-$30 even it is a small amount it is quite a big thing for us.I was feeling great and felt thank full to mr yip,mr Lim,madam chan as without them our stall would be there on that day and not only that for also beliving in us and gave us their full support.

class preparation for jumble sale

our class preparation for the jumble sale took about three weeks to do it was a great experience for us.As my class is small we were divided into groups of two.since there was only two girls present on the day ,who is shalini and me they made us go to a different group and also choosed us as the leaders for our groups.My group members were Zeng feng,Narain,vicky,keith and wang bo.We started doing our planning by doing a mind map on a big marjong paper .We planned what to sell and everything since it was in conjuction with the green carnival both the group decided to sell recycled items.We than made an anoucement to the whole school to give their support to us by cotributing old items which is still in a good condition we left a box near the book shop to place their contributions.We still did not recive much surpport from the pupils but we still did not give up so we decided to ask the teachers for their contributions and quite a number of them donated.And the most interesting thing was we also ask our priciple miss menon for her contribution too.Not only that we also collected old newspapers.Many teachers gave us their support even we never collect alot of things we still managed to collect some.I felt that it was great and also was shocked to actually see my whole class as a group worked together with out any fight.
